come as you are yoga/movement
Welcome to an inclusive yoga journey that meets you exactly where you are. I’m an art therapist in training, deeply rooted in a humanistic approach, and my yoga practice reflects this ethos. I believe that movement and yoga should be accessible and radically inclusive—welcoming everyone to experience the benefits of mindful movement.
My training in Rishikesh, India, encompassed 500 hours of immersion in traditional yoga, blending foundational and advanced teachings to create a well-rounded practice. This experience shaped my understanding of how yoga can be transformative, not only physically but also in cultivating a calm, focused mind.
In my classes, you’re invited to come as you are—whether it means arriving in your everyday clothes, joining a bit late, or using whatever you have on hand, from yoga mats to beach towels. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported, honoring each person’s unique journey to well-being.
